An important part of Independence Day celebration in San Jose is the annual Rose, White & Blue parade. The event takes place along Shasta Ave, between Sequoia Ave and Alameda. The parade kicks off at 11 am and is usually expected to last at least until 3 pm.
You’ll be able to witness amazing stuff, including a fantastic car show, a live music concert, a bunch of shops with themed souvenirs, and many food trucks to calm your hunger. Everyone will be dressed in patriotic Independence Day costumes, so don’t forget yours if you want to fit in. Also, if you’re visiting San Jose for a short period, be sure to book your accommodation beforehand as the city is really busy this time of the year.
