John entered into real estate with a 40-year career in construction, custom home building, and renovation. With his knowledge of homes from the inside-out, John began incorporating real estate into his home building sphere, in hopes that his expertise as a builder would enhance his ability to establish trust with his clientele — he was right.
Founded in 2004 by John Petrocelli.

In 2012, his daughter, Jennifer Petrocelli, earned her real estate license and began to master the art of the sale, guided by her father’s mentorship. Her relational approach is what she attributes to both the success of her own career, as well as what she believes sets this boutique group apart in the dynamic real estate market.
Over time, the duo expanded their family of Realtors and their reach into both the Bay Area of California as well as into the Treasure Valley of Idaho; inspired, in part, by John’s own relocation to Idaho.
With their team, they’ve had the honor of helping countless buyers make effective real estate decisions to plant their roots, raise their families, expand their wealth, or simply to relax and retire.
