This Triple Berry Crisp is a crowd favorite! A flavorful, fresh berry base is topped with a crisp oat crumble that pairs perfect with vanilla ice cream. It’s easy to make and even easier to eat!
Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat a 8×11 baking dish with nonstick spray, set aside.
In a large bowl, gently stir the berries with the sugar, lemon juice and vanilla. Sprinkle the flour on top of the berries and toss to coat.
In another bowl, mix together the oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt. Mix in the butter with your hands or a pastry cutter until the topping is crumbly.
Place the berry mixture into the prepared pan, and sprinkle topping mixture evenly.
Bake for 45 minutes, until the top is golden and the berries are bubbly. Let the crisp cool for at least 30 minutes before serving

This crisp can be made ahead and refrigerated overnight. Bring to room temperature or reheat in the oven before serving.
